iPad 2 Mute Button Doesn’t Work

I love many things about my new iPad 2, but for the life of me I can’t figure out why the mute button doesn’t work. I’ve double checked the new Slide Switch Setting and it’s correctly set.

So I’m at a loss.

Guess I’ll be visiting the Genius bar in my local Apple Store.
